Precision Processing Equipment:

Our precision processing equipment primarily includes dispensing equipment, FPC bending equipment and lamination equipment used to process components before or during product assembly.

Specifically, our dispensing equipment performs high-speed dispensing along predefined paths on two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surfaces and supports automated path generation, replication and inspection, while precisely controlling the amount of adhesive dispensed. Our FPC bending equipment pre-bends flexible printed circuits into specified shapes and angles and can perform multiple bending operations at different positions and angles. Our lamination equipment applies protective films and attaches components with high positional and angular accuracy, including on products with highly curved surfaces.

PRECISION ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT

Precision Assembly Equipment:

Our precision assembly equipment primarily includes assembly equipment, screw fastening equipment and pressure holding equipment used to assemble, fasten and secure components in their required positions.

Our assembly equipment integrates processes such as loading and unloading, FPC bending, dispensing, screw fastening and component assembly across multiple stations and can achieve high assembly accuracy. Our screw fastening equipment uses vision-guided positioning and multi-axis motion control to automatically position and fasten screws while monitoring fastening torque and quality in real time. Our pressure holding equipment applies controlled pressure during component assembly through multi-station operation and closed-loop pressure control to help maintain consistent assembly quality.

PACKAGING EQUIPMENT

Packaging Equipment:

Our packaging equipment automates the labeling, protective film application and packaging of finished consumer electronics products. It uses vision-guided robotic systems to position products and apply labels and protective films with high accuracy and can accommodate different product specifications through modular designs. Its software also supports equipment monitoring, production data collection and product traceability. The following are certain representative automated equipment for consumer electronics.

TESTING EQUIPMENT

Testing Equipment:

Our testing equipment primarily includes vision inspection equipment and test handling equipment used for product inspection and automated handling between testing processes.

Our vision inspection equipment combines high-precision three-dimensional vision and laser measurement technologies to detect surface defects and inspect product dimensions, gaps, alignment and surface profiles, with software that can be adapted to different products. Our test handling equipment uses six-axis robotic systems and vision-guided positioning to transfer products between testing processes, route them through specified testing workflows and sort conforming and defective products, and can interface with different testing systems and testing requirements.
