Our production lines are used for the automated assembly, inspection, testing and packaging of photovoltaic inverters, power conversion systems and energy storage products.

Our production lines process enclosures, power circuit boards, transformers, power modules, cooling modules and other components, and integrate material feeding, product assembly, coating, wiring, automated inspection, functional testing, aging, electrical safety inspection, labeling and finished-product packaging. Their flexible configurations support the production of different residential and commercial inverters, power conversion system and energy storage product models, enabling standardized assembly, comprehensive performance testing and consistent quality control.

We have also developed proprietary functional testing and aging testing software for these production lines. Our functional testing software works with power supplies, grid simulators and load equipment to simulate photovoltaic power input, grid conditions and electrical loads and automatically verify product performance, control logic, protective functions and communications. For energy storage products, it may also test charging and discharging, grid-connected and off-grid operation, and anti-backflow functions. Products that fail to meet specified requirements are automatically identified, while testing data is recorded and uploaded to customers’ manufacturing systems.

Our aging testing software monitors products during prolonged operation under different load, temperature and voltage conditions to identify potential performance and reliability issues. It continuously collects operating data, issues warnings or automatically stops testing when abnormalities are detected, and generates testing reports upon completion. Our energy management software also collects and analyzes electricity, compressed air and equipment energy consumption across production lines, helping customers monitor and optimize energy use and reduce operating costs.
