Our battery cell drying equipment primarily include single-chamber drying ovens and single-chamber drying ovens integrated with robotic handling systems, which are used after battery cells are welded and before electrolyte filling to remove residual moisture and prepare the cells for subsequent manufacturing processes. It can be used for battery cells for consumer electronics, electric vehicles and energy storage applications.

Our battery cell drying equipment incorporates a self-developed closed-loop temperature control system with real-time monitoring at multiple temperature points and achieves temperature control accuracy of up to ±3°C. It also integrates sensing and monitoring functions to support operating checks, predictive alerts and manufacturing data traceability, while its modular design enables changeovers for battery cells of different specifications.
