PRECISION MACHINING FIXTURES
Our precision machining fixtures are primarily used in CNC machining of precision components such as smartphone mid-frames and enclosures. Through high-precision clamping and positioning, these fixtures help maintain machining accuracy and improve manufacturing efficiency.
INSPECTION AND TESTING FIXTURES
Our inspection and testing fixtures provide consistent product positioning for visual inspection, measurement and functional testing. They primarily include visual inspection and measurement fixtures, spring force testing fixtures and contact force testing fixtures. Our visual inspection fixtures use precision positioning platforms and magnification systems to facilitate inspection of product appearance and small features. Our functional testing fixtures combine precision positioning, force sensors, servo-based closed-loop control and real-time data acquisition to measure parameters such as spring force and contact force and can transmit testing data to customers’ manufacturing systems for monitoring and traceability.
PRODUCT CARRIERS
Our product carriers hold, position and transport products between different stations in the manufacturing process and primarily include general-purpose carriers and precision carriers. Adjustable locating and clamping components allow them to accommodate products of different sizes and specifications while maintaining accurate and repeatable positioning. Certain precision carriers can hold multiple products simultaneously, while quick response codes incorporated into the carriers can link individual products with their production information to support product-level traceability.
ASSEMBLY FIXTURES
Our assembly fixtures are used in processes including UV curing, component attachment, pressure holding, component positioning and assembly and FPC bending. They incorporate features such as vacuum holding, conformal positioning, adjustable pressure and curing settings and multi-station mechanisms to securely and precisely position products and components during assembly.
For example, our UV curing fixtures can cure multiple positions simultaneously and allow adjustment of the UV light-source angle, while our attachment and pressure holding fixtures combine precise positioning with controlled pressure application. Our positioning and bending fixtures support component assembly and sequential FPC bending at multiple positions, while error-proof positioning features help prevent incorrect product loading.
